Tom Laws, one of the paddlers the Performance Kayaks supports, is on a little jaunt to the continent of Asia. This is the first (of many, we hope) of his emails back to us.
Hi Everyone.
Hope you are all having a good time.
India has been good so far, we’ve just got back from a 2 day down the Yamuna River and are staying in Missoori, Uttranchal Pradesh. The Yamuna was good fun, a nice chunky warm up, some big grade IV hole dodging and lots of hidden pour-overs. It was also VERY hot, and with warm water Boardies and a big grin were order of the day. We are heading to the Tons tomorrow afternoon to hopefully get a 3 day trip before heading to Manali and the big hills….
I’ve got loads of photos, hopefully we can get them on to a native computer in the next few days and get you something to put on your blogs.
